The Peninsula, 21 October 2021: The Law expanding the jurisdictional remit of the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre has come into force.

It came into force on 13 October.

The relevant provisions were contained in Qatar Law No. 15/2021. This Law amended Qatar Law No. 34/2005.
