Albayan, 15 March 2023: The UAE’s Minister of Climate Change and Environment has unveiled a guide on reducing food waste in buffets at restaurants.

This is part of the National Initiative for Limiting Food Waste (Nimaa) which aims to reduce food waste by 50 per cent by 2030.

The minister emphasised the importance of establishing partnerships and implementing sustainable solutions to meet the target.
