Souhayel joined Mashreqbank in Dubai in 2012 after his experience in Tunisia and in France with BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking.
At Mashreqbank and as a senior legal advisor, Souhayel was mainly in charge of the legal matters related to corporate banking, international banking and Treasury and Capital Markets.
He then joined Commercial Bank of Dubai in December 2013 where he is currently holding the positon of Chief Legal and Governance Officer reporting to Chief Executive Officer as well as to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
