LexisNexis is pleased to invite you to join us for the inaugural Developments in International Arbitration seminar in Beirut, in partnership with SOL International Ltd and SADER Group.
Specialist guest speaker, Gary Born, will join this seminar. Gary Born is the Chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, and one of the world’s preeminent authorities on international commercial arbitration and international litigation.
The seminar will kick off with a keynote speech by Dr. Talal Jaber, Managing Partner at Jaber Law Firm, followed by a panel discussion, where Gary Born will be joined by Prof. Dr Nayla Comair-Obeid, Founding Partner of Obeid Law Firm in Lebanon, and Jalal El Ahdab, Partner at Bird & Bird, to discuss the recent developments in international arbitration globally and address the latest developments in arbitration in Lebanon and the MENA region. The panel discussion will be moderated by Sarah Malik from SOL International Ltd.
