Following the success of the 1st and 2nd annual editions of the Developments in International Arbitration seminar in Dubai, LexisNexis is pleased to invite you to join us for the 3rd edition, in partnership with SOL International Ltd.
Specialist guest speaker, Gary Born, will return to the region to provide his valuable knowledge and insight into updates on International, Commercial and Investment Arbitration globally. Gary Born is the Chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, and one of the world’s preeminent authorities on international commercial arbitration and international litigation.
The seminar will kick off with a keynote speech by Victor P. Leginsky, Chartered Arbitrator and Certified Mediator at Arbitralis ADR, followed by a panel discussion, where Gary Born will be joined by Thomas Snider, Partner and Head of Arbitration at Al Tamimi and Company, and Adv. Ali Al Zarooni, Managing Partner at Horizons & Co, to discuss the recent developments in arbitration globally and to address the latest developments in the UAE and MENA region. The panel discussion will be moderated by Sarah Malik from SOL International Ltd.
