To commemorate this milestone and its growth into one of the world’s busiest international commercial courts, the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) and LexisNexis are excited to present their new publication, “The Law and Practice of the Qatar Financial Centre Court and Regulatory Tribunal.”

This publication, authored by Umar Azmeh (Registrar of the Court) and Catriona Nicol (Senior Legal Counsel, QFC), explores the procedural and substantive laws governing the QFC Court and Regulatory Tribunal, as interpreted by its esteemed judges from 12 different jurisdictions.
