To commemorate this milestone and its growth into one of the world’s busiest international commercial courts, the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) and LexisNexis are excited to present their new joint book, “Azmeh and Nicol on the Law and Practice of the QFC Civil and Commercial Court and Regulatory Tribunal.”

This joint book, authored by Umar Azmeh (Registrar of the Court) and Catriona Nicol (Senior Legal Counsel, QFC), explores the procedural and substantive laws governing the QFC Court and Regulatory Tribunal, as interpreted by its esteemed judges from 12 different jurisdictions.

Join us at the QICDRC for an engaging panel discussion on the evolution of specialist courts in the MENA region and beyond. Moderated by Umar Azmeh, the panel will feature prominent speakers including The Rt Hon. Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd (President of the Court), Sir William Blair (Chairman of the Regulatory Tribunal), Dr Muna Al Marzouqi (Enforcement Judge), and Catriona Nicol.
