Join LexisNexis Middle East, in partnership with our Strategic Alliance Partner, the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) for an online training session on Drafting Mediation Clauses.

Our expert will provide an overview on differences between mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and indicators that mediation may be the best way forward for resolving a dispute. Our expert will then focus on how to draft an effective mediation clause for commercial contracts and what issues and language to avoid when drafting such clauses. Participants will also learn how to explain to clients and stakeholders how mediation can be a viable dispute resolution method.
