Ali Ibrahim, Director, KSA & Bahrain Immigration Lead, Vialto. 

Ali is currently serving as the Director and Immigration Lead for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at Vialto Partners, a position he has held for over a year. With more than 12 years of experience in the Immigration and Mobility field, Ali brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to joining Vialto Partners, he held a senior position in the hospitality industry before becoming the Head of Business Services at a Saudi-based Consultancy.

During his tenure at the Consultancy, Ali and his team successfully facilitated the entry of nearly 1,000 companies into the Saudi market. In his current role, Ali is responsible for managing relationships with various Government entities, a task that requires daily engagement and coordination. He offers strategic guidance to HR professionals and business owners, particularly in dealing with complex situations related to expatriate movement, recruitment, and retention.

Ali’s proficiency extends beyond Immigration matters. He possesses a deep understanding of the organizational setup and structure required for companies operating in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, he is well-versed in the considerations and challenges associated with cross-border employee transfers throughout the region. Ali’s comprehensive knowledge allows him to assist companies in navigating through regulatory changes, evaluating their impact, and providing practical solutions.
