Georgina is an associate at Simmons & Simmons’ Disputes & Investigations team in Dubai. She specialises in commercial litigation, international arbitration and investigations.

Georgina has experience litigating disputes in the Courts of England and Wales and the DIFC Courts and has worked alongside local counsel on disputes before courts across the GCC. She has also represented clients before regulatory bodies and in arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and DIAC Rules. She has experience managing disputes through other alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation and expert determination.

Georgina has represented various financial institutions and commercial clients in contentious regulatory and internal investigations. She also has experience advising clients on contentious construction matters arising out of infrastructure projects.
