Dr. Mohammad Rabah Al-Mutairi holds an LLM and SJD from a University in USA, an LLB from KULS (with honours) and a Diploma of Law from PAAET (with honors), specialising in Capital Markets Authority Law and Commercial Law .

Dr. Mohammad is also the author of a book which provides an analysis of Law No. 7 of 2010 of the CMA. He is also an author of a book which dives deeper into the world of Commercial Law, covering business activities theory and merchants.
