Hesham is a bilingual Senior Manager in Deloitte ME, leading the Transfer Pricing practice in Dubai. Hesham brings with him over than 12 years of experience in International tax and Transfer pricing during which he succeed to build solid experience in Transfer Pricing compliance Advisory and controversy.

Hesham has involved multi–Jurisdictional TP Documentation projects, TP controversy and worked on complex TP planning and operation TP projects. Hesham brings a mix of academic skills, having studied accounting Hesham is a member of Egyptian Society of taxation.

Hesham has developed a strong technical abilities in oil and gas sector when he was the tax expert for one of the biggest oil gas exploration companies in the world. Hesham is always involved in TP events within the MENA region.

Hesham studied accounting and taxation in the ZAGZIG university in Egypt.
