Justin is a senior associate in our arbitration department and has extensive experience advising clients in arbitrations governed by various institutional rules (i.e., ICC; UNCITRAL; LCIA; DIFC-LCIA; DIAC; CAS; FIFA and CAM) as well as in ad-hoc arbitration proceedings.
The disputes that Justin handles most frequently involve construction projects and international commercial agreements, including supply contracts, sale of goods (CISG) contracts and distribution agreements. Justin has also assisted clients in disputes relating to sport agreements.
Justin similarly has experience in non-contentious matters within the construction sector, such as negotiating and drafting construction agreements.
Admitted as a lawyer in New York State in 2014, Justin was also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2017 as well as an Avvocato Stabilito in Italy in the same year. He is fluent in both English and Italian.
