Shaimaa Atbani is a Saudi lawyer who joined the Firm shortly after its establishment in 2015. She has up to six years of experience as a legal counsel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She is admitted as an attorney by the Saudi Ministry of Justice and is fluent in Arabic and English.

Shaimaa obtained her LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of California, Berkeley, U.S.A in 2017. Shaimaa received her LL.B. from Dar Al Hekma University, Saudi Arabia, in 2013.

Shaimaa has widespread experience in drafting and reviewing agreements and policies, advising on corporate restructuring, due diligence, and various legal consultations.
