General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) of the LexisNexis Middle East corporate website

The website is accessible at https://www.lexis.ae/ and all its functionalities and content (hereinafter “Website”) belong to LexisNexis, a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier PLC.
Access to the Website and use of its content is subject to the terms of use described below.

These GTCU are established in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the WebSite, only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal shall have jurisdiction, including in the event of multiple defendants, summary proceedings or warranty proceedings.
